The first Monsieur Felix & Mr. Norton gourmet cookie shop opened its doors in 1985 in Montreal, as a result of extensive researching and meticulous planning.

In Fall of 1998, the network went under that aegis of Mr. Jean-Guy LeBlanc, an experienced franchisor, who immediately foresaw the concept's potential and whished to develop it all over the Canadian territory.

The Monsieur Felix & Mr. Norton concept was based on one simple idea: pleasure. Pleasure that commences when you are overcome by the fresh out of the oven aroma of gourmet cookies as you enter the shop, and by the warm welcome from our qualified staff.
